Refund policy
We do not have a return policy. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your product is damaged, please keep all products and packaging take pictures of everything. Email pictures to leesaboonedesigns@gmail.com with details of the damage so that a claim can be processed with the shipper. You will be asked to keep it all until the claim is finalized as the shipper might want to inspect it all.
